I am on Orange's Virgin Plan, which is no longer available. I have been on this tariff for over 5 years and with Orange for 11 years. Calls cost 15p/minute for first 5 minutes then 5p/minute for rest of day
Want to convert onto a contract, but they do not regard me as a regular customer as they say this is a pay as you go contract. Totally unwilling to consider my loyalty of 10 years!
Now looking for a good provider - but it is a minefield!
