Great picture quality
Very easy to use
Large lcd plus optical viewfinder
Decent video clips
Shutter lag - sometimes a bit slow when trying to take shots of kids
I bought this camera for £115 from Argos in the end of season sale - it's been dropped from the catalogue since.
I already had a 4 megapixel camera and wanted to upgrade. This is a very good camera for taking photos of family/holidays etc. It connects to my PC via mini usb and I can easily transfer images across. The optical viewfinder is a must because you cannot see the lcd in bright daylight (I think this is a common problem with digital cameras). I wouldn't recommend it if you are a camera buff expecting superb shots in all conditions - it is only a point and shoot compact not an SLR and sometimes the autofocus/exposure can be fooled. Some people might find it a little on the large side these days but I find it easier to hold with a bit of substance to it.
