General Comments

First of all i bought the Philips Fisio 825 for 130 quid and it was perfect. a couple of months passed and i realised that this phone is a complete waste of space. firstly, there are now websites to download anything, the e-mail oesnt work and neither does the wap. the game takes up way too much memory.

i eventually unlocked my phone to Orange where i managed to get the wap sorted but nothing else. i sent my phone off to be reformatted but still wasnt right. we spent most of our time ringing up the orange helpline many a time with no sucess.

i bought my phone at the end of december since then nothing but agro but with sheer determination at the begining of june i got a total refund of £130 after having it for 7 months.

None of the sales assisstance really new want i was talking about so i think i the end they got toatlly fed up they just gave in.

im now searching for another phone finally.

please reply for any other information.
