Good Points

That I'm not using them any more.

Bad Points

Bad support.
Sent out spam.
Don't answer tickets.
Say they will call and then don't.

General Comments

There are many outstanding hosting companies. There are some mediocre ones, and then there is Hostdime trailing the pack with poor control panel, poor user support and overpriced hosting. I am so sorry I ever used them, and they are the worst of around a half dozen hosting companies that I have used.

   I totally disagree. We support 200-300 clients. We deal with a massive number of hosting companies as a result. Of all of them, the most reliable and responsive have been Hostdime. So much so we now have 4 dedicated servers with them ourselves.
   
   Their hosting control panel is CPanel.
   
   They have ticketed support with response times within an hour.
   
   They have phone support with immediate response times.
   
   I have worked closely with them in a number of extremely stressful situations and they have come thru with flying colors.
   
   AND they are the only company I know of that you can talk to Management. Not only that - their Management listens.
   
   You can't ask for more.
