Bad Points
The service at this petrol station (Needingworth Road, St Ives) is awful, even before it became BP. In all 19 people were waiting to pay one girl. I now go to the Shell garage down the road. Whoever has the franchise for the shop is also terrible. Before it became a BP station the selves were always full and good quality, but now half the shelves are empty, even of things like milk. This station does nothing for your image. Many of my friends have moved away, and were grumbling in the queue today, but may not bother to complain directly. We are not customers - just an inconvenience.

This station is the worst I have ever been to during many years of motoring.
