Click-wheel is amazingly good, great sound quality
Scratches easily, not as 'open' as other mp3 players, not great video quality if displayed on a TV, earphones are OK but not great
Despite the bad points this is still the daddy of all mp3 players. So what if it scratches a bit - you listen to it not look at it right ??
Battery life is not that bad as its made out to be. Its very easy to get to your music and it sounds great on a system or through headphones and that is ultimately what this all about.
Look at all the others, check out the reviews, study the prices hard then ignore all of that and buy one of these - you won't regret it !!
