Good Points

I found no good points for this Bragada "sleep system".

Bad Points

The bed cost $2000.00 and it was unsuitable when delivered. It was uneven, lumpy and difficult to sleep on. Despite several attempts at repair immediately and over the next 18 months, it was never comfortable, and it was finally put into the garbage.

General Comments

After everything else failed with the Bragada Mattress Silver Cloud, I wrote to the President of the company, challenging him to honor his word of "complete customer satisfaction", and I never received a reply.

   My wife and I had exactly the same experience with the mattress and their customer service. I will never buy anything from Bragada.
