Stayed at The Chedburgh hotel in Whitley Bay for my stag weekend. The Chedburgh was the best B&B I have ever stayed in. Modern, all the normal things, as well as flat screen LCD TV's, DVD players, and best of all, Sky Sports. They even had wireless internet connection, so we could confirm our paint balling booking online when we arrived. Fantastic breakfast and great staff. I think it's almost too good for stag parties, but we really enjoyed it.
Whitley Bay was a little quiet on the Friday night, but it was really heaving on the Saturday night. It is a great place for a stag weekend, or even a hen weekend. Great bars and plenty of female action if you know what I mean. Well worth a visit.
The Chedburgh in Whitley Bay, Nr. Newcastle in my opinion is a great place to stay if you are going to Whitley Bay for the weekend. Great accommodation, great facilities and great service! Visit their website www.chedburgh-hotel.co.uk to see what they are like.
