It'll probably get here eventually.
Bad Points
The parcel isn't here when it should be. I can't contact them. The company I bought the product from say it's here, but it isn't.
General Comments
Terrible, apparently the parcel should be here, but it's not. The order was dispatched yesterday after I spent extra having it delivered by a courier, who haven't delivered it in the length of time the Royal Mail could have. I cannot actually contact ANC to find out where it is, the company who I bought the product from say I must wait untill 5pm before I can complain, but the ANC offices close at 5pm.
