Their adverts actually beat the rest by enticing cutomers
It takes 7 days for a cheque to clear. But today I was told by a customer service person that it can take up to 10 days. This has caused me charges because my cheque has not cleared in time.
Recently I went to the bank to withdraw £9's and was told that they longer give coins over the counter. Can you imagine a BANK saying that?
They change their rules every five minutes. Sometimes your cheque will clear in 7 days, sometimes 10 and they charge you before they know that the cheque has cleared. They are the worst bank EVER!!
