Phone took 8 days to arrive. Promise of very attractive cashback deal that never came to fruition.
General Comments
Absolutely no contact when claiming. Conflicting information from customer services, resulting in Cool New Mobile claiming bill received too late, therefore invalidating entire cashback deal, which means no cashback at all! Will never use again.
