Wire transfers require a paper to be filled out and faxed.

General Comments

I have had a nightmare experience with them. I made a wire transfer to a company in India that I deal with regularly. They never completed the wire after 3 weeks. I finally recalled it. They still don't have it back in my account, and they refuse to make good on it , telling me I have to wait.

Everbank Internet banking never had a SWIFT message. They keep giving me the run around, and I am currently out $4000.

Their prices are high for any transactions, and they don't know what each department is doing, as no one is accountable for their mistakes!
What's the point in having a bank like this?

Sometimes when I call, I feel like people are answering phones in a garage. I have gotten a brash sounding New Yorker (male) who tells me "Don't worry about it, it will get there when it does, then you will know about it, so there's no need for you to keep calling".
This is customer service? This is online banking? Not by a long shot. They couldn't even complete a simple international wire transfer with all the information, and they don't have a Transaction Number to trace it.
