Price, quality, ( I like the design, but people don't like it)
Not to many functions
Alcatel is not a leading brand in HK at all, in fact not many people know about it. I was skeptical about the quality before I bought my OT556. Surprisingly, it served me very well! At least I don't have to go to the service center frequently.
Why I said it is good? I have send over 1000 SMS monthly, yes over one thousand SMS monthly and I drop it frequently. It is still going well after 19 months for around USD90 brand new back then, it is well worth the money! I hope they have more functional phones in HK market in the future.
