I send them a message on their website and it took them weeks to reply. When they did eventually reply it was just telling me to call their freephone customer services. In that case why do they have an email form on their website, just to waste peoples time. If you look at their international sites (they have many), some give no means of contact whatsoever.

The service paid for was 14 day delivery. 14 days were up on Saturday. Lets see when the goods arrive.

General Comments
What happens if you order, they take the money from your card and then you dont get the goods. How difficult is it to get in contact with them.

Also they were supposed to be sending me samples but they never arrived. I Requested them again, but still they never arrived.

You also have to very carefully watch the prices on their website. For example a couple of weeks ago small magnets were 7.00 now 14.99 and at other times another price.

AA couple of weeks ago 250 postcards were 25.00 now 49.00

If you are bold enough to order the trick is to keep revisiting the site until the price drops to a sensible level as their standard prices are far from sensible. If they were they wouldn't need to keep giving discounts. The small magnets have a standard price of 40.00, now reduced to 14,99 before 7.00. In that case is 40.00 really a reasonable price ?

I have ordered magnets, calenders, ecards, business cards, Christmas cards, greetings cards, note pads and loads of other stuff from Vistaprint, all at rock bottom prices (like Free!), just paying a few quid for postage. I choose the cheapest/slowest rate on that too! Never have I had any problems! Goods have never failed to arrive, and all have been of excellent quality. I receive regular emails from them telling me what is on offer, and much of that is free. I am waiting for a personalised desk calender on which I have uploaded my own photos, all free. I have paid only 3.65 postage, and that is all! Today I will be ordering headed writing paper.

<br/>I am a very regular buyer and user of Vistaprint products, and I know of several others who also use them, and they have had no problems.
