um, it used to be excellent. The forums are good.
Mail doesn't get delivered.
Customer Service/support are only concerned with posting obvious pro postmaster propaganda, or rude responses to customers on their own forums.
Support is non existent.
I've been with Postmaster for a few years, but over the last year increasing numbers of mails are going missing, and mails often take over 24 hours to get delivered, never less than 2 hours, and I think I'm being kind there.
It is the worst service of any kind I can think of on the web.
