Bad Points
I selected a free ring tone for my 12 year old- did not get a ringtone but received 4 texts from zing charging 1.50 per text- my daughter has lost £6 through no fault of her own and I call this THEFT.
Sending STOP 3 times has made no difference and contacting Zing is impossible.
General Comments
Help - is there anyone out there who can tell me how to contact zing and stop this ridiculous situation continuing - obviously I would request a refund to my daughters phone but I doubt very much if this will happen !!
