Good Points

It is bit easier to use and there are additional components for different purposes


Bad Points

Service and support: It is horrible, simple example - I bought a Eureka upright vacuum cleaner 7 months back (model no 2904), after 7 months I see burning and smoke from the vacuum cleaner and called support - they told me it is because of the belt - they mailed me some new belts after 3 weeks and they did not work either. Then I took it to an authorised service center where he kept it for more than 5 weeks - as of today I still haven't received my repaired vacuum cleaner so be careful when buying this companies products.


General Comments

It is better to stay away from Eureka Vacuum Cleaners - it's not because of the way it functions but in case you have any problems where you will struggle to get any support, even if it is in warranty - it will take forever to get it repaired at a service center.
