There were good points but not any more. Until just over a week ago I had been a customer of Demon since the dial up days. In those days they had excellent technical support. Today they have an Indian Call Centre. The standard is now appalling.
Very poor Broadband speed and dire technical support.
Worst of all they had a "oh well" attitude when I said I was ceasing the contract. Absolutely no thought of loyalty to a long standing customer.
