The price seemed fair for an all inclusive holiday for six people!
We never actually got to our holiday destination as they failed to inform us of a 12 hour flight change. This happened in Oct 2006, we are still trying to get a refund. Their customer services are appalling and the staff in the shop were not much better!
We did travel with Thompson in 2005 and had a great time but 2006 was the worst time of our lives! They have been totally out of order with their lack of care and attention to detail and fail to admit any mistakes that they have made. Needless to say we will never use them again and will carry on fighting until we are refunded/compensated.
