Good Points

Great customer service, especially the next day delivery service. Fantastic mattress, I have now purchased all the mattresses for my house from sleepdetox. I recommended a friend to purchase from the website and received 5% of the sale proceeds. Not bad for recommending a product that you like anyway. There is a lot of information about memory foam on the website.


Bad Points

Call waiting times can be long, but it is still worth the wait, placing an order online is easier than telephone ordering.


General Comments

The site is well designed and easy to navigate around. A highly recommended memory foam website
