Good Points

If you get the right member of staff they are well informed. The problem you need to know the full time staff. At my store in Edgware, the guy has been working there for as long as i can remember and is there every time I go in. He knows his stuff about everything and simply doesn't always try to sell you most expensive thing.


Bad Points

Avoid the part-timers. Edgware store could do with a bit of a makeover.


General Comments

Buying online is great as well. Never had a problem, prompt delivery as well. Probably one of the cheapest for online electrical goods surprisingly, even if it is a couple of quid more expensive, the fact it is Dixon's sways me to buy from them due to the easy returns policy.
