Good Points

An overall good experience. I have written a review for Loan Line as well, as I didn't see one on Review Centre. They do strike me as a company that are trying to do things the right way.

I was always treated with respect by the Loan Line / Driving Loans staff, and they always answered my questions quickly and accurately. I ended up with what I still consider to be a good deal (it's always good when a week later you still have a good feeling about it).


Bad Points

Bit of a strange website, but it does its job. I was a bit bemused at first as well, as Driving Loans are affiliated with Loan Line (see my other review) who then processed my loan. They do state this on the contact page, but I didn't realise that LL Processing and Loan Line were linked. Not a problem though really - I still got the product that I wanted - a cheap car loan!

I would have liked to know a little more about the product before I filled out the application form though, as a lot of the stuff that they told me over the phone (during a free 'consultation') just isn't available on the website.


General Comments

Driving Loans can give advice, which helps a lot. Some companies just say they can't offer advice and can only give information. It was nice to work through my options with a professional so that I was confident I was getting the right loan!

There is enough corporate information available (just) and all the usual UK legal statements are on there, which is always a good sign!
