Easy to use website to do personal banking.
Staff are helpful when required.
Bad Points
I recently went overdrawn by 0.08p due to a cheque, and the bank charged me £28!! You may need to read that sentence again in case you thought you'd read it wrong!!!
I challenged this, and to be fair the lady I spoke to was nice, and she did agree to refund the charge, but come on... it was only 8p!!!
General Comments
It's definitely made me think about changing banks. Looking at the Review Centre website, there are lots of positive reviews about the smaller lesser known companies who appear to look after their customers better than NatWest.
