The air hostesses were pleasant.
Alaska is the worst airline ever.
Instead of the food, which was supposed to be included due to the ticket, a piece of toast was offered for $5.
The same flexibility was experienced at the check-in desk. For only two kilos of overweight baggage I was charged $25.
Toilets were stinking in the cabin.
There was a shortage of blankets and pillows in the cabin. The pillows that were there were dirty.
The temperature in the cabin was varying over the flight, so much so that people were wearing jackets and caps at one point and short-sleeve T-shirts a little later. My boyfriend got a cold straight after the flight.
