Good Points

I thought that 5 cents per minute is a good point


Bad Points

1.5 cents per minute and I had to call 4-5 times to Russia to get a good connection. Therefore it eats money faster than I used to pay - 14 cents per minute
2.The connection is terrible. I called the support service and they where nice to me-that's all. The problem was not fixed. I'd rather pay 14 cents without having any troubles
3. If there are 10 minutes left and i talked for 7 minutes, the service cuts my other 3 minutes without giving me my money back. So here is another waste.


General Comments

I used the union telecard service to call in Russia and Ukraine. It worked well the first 2 times-the last times i was able to talk to my family and friends without strange noises and clear. Every time since I had had trouble. Indeed it cost me more then my usual cost of 14cents.
I do not recommend to use that service.
