cheap, reliable, longer battery life than expected, large screen. Mobile Celeron, not desktop celeron.
Bad Points
noise fan = average thermal design,
heavy (not a bad point for a guy)
No fireware port
General Comments
I got it for $700 with a celeron 1.7G in 02/2003. I can't expect more with so such money. Remember Compaq built the world first laptop, you are assured to use it with confidence.
