Good Points

Quick set up.
Easy to play.

Bad Points

Small parts, so be careful with regards to younger children playing.
Can become a little tedious and noisy for adult players.

General Comments

Hungry Hippo's is brilliant fun! Set up those Hungry Hungry Hippos on the carpet, pour in those balls they like to scoff so much, and man your controls. We always do a countdown from 5 down to 1 and the "GO" is shouted, before going mental on the controls. The aim of the game is to collect as many balls as possible until the hippos have munched them all. It is a real favourite with kids, as it's very basic gameplay is suitable for younger children, although I wouldn't advise very small children to be allowed to play unsupervised as the game does have small plastic balls included (hazard of choking). Our Mark was class at this, and he used to win nearly all the time. Hungry Hungry Hippo's is from the Hasbro manufacturer, and it is available in most good toy stores. I think it was invented in the early part of the 1980's.

I have twin nephews (aged 2) who will enjoy Hungry Hippo's. I have been looking for games to buy them to play together, and this should fit the bill once they are old enough to stop eating the balls!

Mind you, it will no doubt end in arguments and tears!
