It's a very nice design. The camera is outstanding, very fast with a 20x zoom. The sound quality is great
Bad Points
It's very slow and hard to navigate - or is it just a matter of getting used to it? Battery life is very poor. I charged it initially for 90 mins, as recommended in the manual, but after less than 24 hours (and the phone was powered off during the night), the battery is at its lowest.
General Comments
It's too much of "taking a chance" when spending all this money for a phone that has good features, but is too awkward to really get great pleasure out of.

Today, Vodafone told me that the problem with the battery life of the Nokia N70 is connected to the fact that the GPRS system isn't very well established yet in Ireland. They're working on it frantically, and it will soon be widely covered. Until then, the GPRS phones are very strained by receiving the signals, which they're checking every few minutes. If one uses the phone for mainly telephony, the best option would be to tune the phone into the GPS mode, which would not allow you to make video calls etc., but the battery life would be far longer.
