General Comments

The Nikon N90S is a great camera. State of the art metering. Faster & accurate auto-focus.Superb build.This is all time great Nikon.I own F-5, F100, F4S & N90S. F-5 has 3D color matrix metering & N90S has 8 segment matrix metering, both are great metering but some situations N90S gives more acceptable results than F-5. In backlit scene if your subject is too small then you need to use compensation or flash. This strategy is same with the F-5.
. N90S is enough rugged for professional punishment or for use any climate.
If you are looking for excellent camera then N90S is the answer.
. I found N90S is most sophisticated performer in F series & N series.
NEGATIVE POINTS-You must own multi control back for full use of this camera.
No VR function compatibility.

    F90x/N90s is a great camera despite its plastic feel around the body. Fast focus tracking and accurate metering. Combined with MB10 and MF26--mine served so well to produce good pictures. But since I am more of a conventional amateur and my difficulty to memorize things well, I used to be confused with its computerized settings. Had to go back flipping through the manual from time to time, so I decided to let it go and got myself two used F4 bodies with MB21 and MB23.
