We stayed here from 19th January 2007 for one week. The cleaning was a non-entity really. We had our room cleaned once in seven days and that was after complaining to the receptionist. Our apartment, number 115, was infested with cockroaches, they were running round the living area, kitchen area, bedroom and the bathroom was the worst. We came in one night and there must have been 100 in the bath. We complained time and again and in the end had to go and buy some spray from the supermarket. We had to leave our shoes near the bed in case we stood on any when we got up. The pool was large enough but the pool bar was never open, yet they had signs saying, do not bring your own food or drink! Never again!

God help me, I have booked to go on Friday, I really don't know what to do now.
We booked it cheaply on the internet but in good faith.
