Good Points

Small size and battery lasts a long time at first. Warranty is 3 years and they repair fast.

Bad Points

Price. Quality. I have had to use the repair service frequently. After a month or so the modem went. Then it went a month later. They replaced a motherboard and that took care of the problem but all the files were lost. Then the hard drive went... twice! Most recently, the cd drive stopped working completely (The software never worked right). I work in a profession that uses Toughbooks all the time for mobile use and I will make damn sure we don't buy another one. For the price, I am very disappointed.

General Comments

I would only consider another brand. Never again a Panasonic. Although they back what they sell, you will need it!
