I managed to make an appointment at very short notice, and when I got there I was seen straight away; no waiting around!!! The equipment they use is really up-to-date and easy (none of those heavy glasses that they put different lenses in), and afterwards my prescription was explained to me clearly, and any questions were answered. I was then helped to pick some glasses, with a lovely sales assistant who was really helpful and managed to find me two lovely pairs of glasses - which isn't hard considering the great variety of different shapes and colours they have at Specsavers.
