General Comments
Slim Fast is a rip off.
The chunky soup meals cost more than a normal can of chunky soup.
The chunky soup meals contain more calories than a normal can of chunky soup.
The chunky soup meals contain large amounts of sugar, salt and cream.
The chunky soup meals all contain pork, including the vegetable and tomato varieties, so they are not suitable for Vegetarians, Jews or Muslims.
Unlike the can round a normal can of soup, Slim Fast packaging is generally not recycleable.
How daft are you? If you want to loose weight while saving money, pigs and the environment, buy an ordinary can of soup!

I agree that this is a con, eat a balanced diet incorporating fresh produce and "healthy" cooking techniques (steaming) and take regular exercise whenever possible, trust me you won't go far wrong.
