Good Points

The site is easy to navigate
The staff in the call centres speak good English


Bad Points

Waiting queues are too long
Complicated to open an account


General Comments

Abbey National are very complicated to open a new Business Internet bank account with, even as an existing user. They make you jump through many hoops before they will let you open another account.

They let themselves down in the account opening process. It is too complicated, and it's a ridiculous way of assessing.
