Good Points

Fantastic graphics on an HDTV, Live is brilliant.

Bad Points

Crashes every now and then.

General Comments

I originally bought the 360 as an impulse buy, but once plugged into my HDTV, I knew that it was a good decision. The quality and gameplay is amazing and playing real people from all over the world on xbox live is brilliant. I was a bit hesitant to pay the £40 for the xbox live full membership, but i have never regretted it and have recently renewed my subscription. I have managed to convince many of my friends to buy the console, and we can all play together online and chat at the same time. The online marketplace is good too. You can download game demos and upgrades for free. The only problems that i have had is problems with my internet firewall blocking the internet access, everyone and then the console hangs and needs to be rebooted and finally, sometimes the games are recognized as DVD's rather than games???!!! Definitely recommend this to everybody and if you haven't already, pay the £40 and get connected to xbox live!!

I agree that crashes are infuriating, but the XBox is a great machine nonetheless. Great fun. Great review!!
