F2 FOX T Good looking unit, bought 3 yrs ago as one of the "better" receivers on the market.
Originally very good until software update April 2005.
EPG is very good when its working! Software modification gives 7 day programming guide at the expense of programme information. That is you can find whats on but not what its about.
So a film title is shown in the EPG but when information is requested there is just a blank.
Humax is well aware of the problem but will not discuss. Emails and calls to the customer service line are not answered save for 1 year ago when I was informed of a modification. I'm still waiting.
The fault is due to lack of "memory" due to the large requirement of the EPG, and memory required by silly games included.
Humax is a very large company. Their website states that they pride themselves on customer relations. My experience is to the contrary.
This fault is irritating and Humax have done themselves no favours by ignoring the fault.
