General Comments

Although they gave me the cheapest quote, I was asked to send my previous insurance details to them to prove my no claims bonus. I have sent these documents to them twice now, and twice they have told me that they have not received them. This is REALLY worrying, because all my personal and car details were on there, and I now haven't a clue where all my information has ended up.

When I telephone the Sheilas Wheels car insurance call centre, all I'm told is to resend them! Now I don't know if I'm covered or not. I cannot be doing with the frustration of trying to speak to someone in India. Needless to say, when my insurance is due to be renewed, I will be going back to an Insurer with a call centre in the UK, regardless of the cost.

    I had a similar situation and they recevied my no claims proof but didn't provided the protected no claims that I'd requested.
