Good Points

- fantastic graphics.
- stays true to the story.
- it takes lego and turns it into bliss just by adding a few extra moves to certain characters.
- it remains cute even if your a wookie ripping off a stormtroopers arms!
- its new mix and match character system allows you the pleasure of making your own characters.
- you have a wide range of cars and ships to try out.

Bad Points

- its easy. To easy!!
- you can go all through all the levels in less time than it takes to watch the movies.

General Comments

Lego star wars 2 is the ultimate follow up of the first. It combines lego with star with wars with 2! who could resist! the good thing is that they haven't left us stand from the first game. The game play is probably more simple than the last. In the game you spend most of your time beating up stormtroopers or solving platforms with the use of cars or droid panels. One of the many new features in lego star wars is the dodge move performed by non jedies this really adds to the game because you have the dodge move combined with the range, with that you can kick some serious butt! My personal favorite character in the game has to be han solo, the animators really went to town with him. His jump, attack and dodge all compliment the character from the films we all love. The ships in the game are much easier than the first antagonist's pod race level in the first game. tonnes of new and interesting characters can be bought in the game. The drop in drop out co-op is one of the best things about the game, its so simple !!! Anyway thats all i got to say but if you are making a character darth vader and han solo don't mix!

Great review. I never really fancied the Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy PS2 game at all. I am tempted to give it a go now though!
