The overall taste, nose and feel to the mouth is very close to real absinthe.
The artificial coloring.
Anis flavor slightly overpowers the other ingredients.
This product is best if you want to see what absinthe tastes like before spending 100 to 150 dollars on a real bottle, or if you plan on using it in mixers, or for shots and don't want to use expensive real absinthe. Absente's greatest drawback, beside the lack of greater wormwood, which is what gives absinthe part of its flavor, is the artificial coloring.
