The Bridal House in Leeds was the first shop I visited. I was actually looking for a dress at the time, and I was just shopping in Leeds when I spotted a dress in the window, and I immediately fell in love. I booked an appointment to try it on, and the staff were amazing. I felt like an absolute princess. They made me feel so welcome, I had the dress on for about an hour and a half. All of the staff wanted to come and have a look. The dress I picked was the most expensive one they did, at £3500, including 3 petticoats. When I went downstairs to place my order, they said the total cost would be £3200, as they were giving me the petticoats for free - how fantastic!! I have since been and ordered seven bridesmaid dresses, and the service has been top class.
I was so amazed that I found the dress of my dreams without even looking. I only tried one dress on, and I am getting everything from the same place, which has made the whole experience so enjoyable. Every time I call in for measurements, nothing is too much trouble, and all the staff are so excited about my wedding. They know me by name, and are very welcoming as soon as I walk into the shop.
A+++ I would definitely recommend them.
