Great Customer service

The British Credit Trust have always been extremely helpful, and I have never had any issues. Just this month I had a mix up with my bank which led to them cancelling my direct debit to BCT. I received a letter stating that my payment had been missed and that I had not been charged for this letter as a gesture, but any future letters would cost me £25. I rang them up, and they were very helpful. They took the payment there and them, with a little extra added interest, and I mean little - it was about £2, and they also re-setup the direct debit. Absolutely fabulous! I am considering changing my car soon, and I will be on the phone to them again.
