Tooheys New is a low strength larger - rubbish is how we would describe it. Ice cold and tasteless. If you want really good beer/lager then the English ones are the very best you can get. We are off to England - bye bye OZ...
... By the way, POM means Prisoner of the Motherland - so it is the people of OZ who are the POM's, dating back to the days when it was a Penal Colony and all the people were Prisoners of the Motherland. So once again, the Aussies have got their facts (and lager) wrong.
