General Comments

My vehicle is a month old, has done just over 1,000 miles, and it has blown the CPU. On Tuesday the 9th of January 2007, I was told the parts would take 7 - 8 days. That has now been and gone. I have been talking to Nissan customer services over the last week. Unfortunately, you can never speak to the same person twice, and every time I phone I have to start from scratch with someone new. Each time I'm told they will need to find out what is happening and call me back. That is clearly not happening. So today, Tuesday 23rd of January, I insisted to know when my parts for my Nissan Navara would arrive. After talking to 3 people, I finally got an answer, and it was not one I was expecting:
"I am sorry, but these parts are produced by 3rd party manufacturers not Nissan, and the parts you need, will not be available until the factory has all it needs for the production line".

So in other words, my £28,000 vehicle can sit at the dealers until the parts are available. This could take weeks, and then there's no guarantee even then, as long as the factory needs the parts that are being produced they will not be available for the repair of my vehicle. As long as they can keep producing vehicles that is all they care about. So much for customer support. There is clearly no customer support from Nissan that is off any good, and I think this is totally out of order.
