Seems to work fine - quietly in the background.
The AV updates on my PCs stopped working several weeks ago. After checking various other websites and blogs it became clear that several hundred (thousands?) of their other customers were experiencing the same problem. ZA have effectively ignored the problem and only given out unhelpful suggestions for fixing via their "user forum". You would expect an organisation of this size to have remedied the problem and automatically issued a fix to all subscribers.
I will not renew my subscription with ZoneLabs, mainly because the AV update no longer works for a large number of their subscribers and the company can't be bothered to fix what is clearly their problem.
The worst customer service I have ever come across - even in the IT world!!
