We rented a car from Dubrovnik to drive to Montenegro. There was no extra charge for driving over the border. Pick up was easy and the girl on the Sixt desk was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately we hit a large rock on the road and trashed the tyre but they were very helpful and just charged us what I think was the minimum for the repair, even though it probably wasn't repairable.
None.
I would definitely recommend Sixt in Croatia.
