None that I can think of.
Shame. I so wanted to change my career.
Everything.
It all started when I tried to complete an Electricians course. The package arrived after a few days. Impressive I thought at first, but then I looked for the question section, and there were sections missing!? I phoned the call centre and they informed me it would be on its way; bearing in mind you get a seven day cooling off period if you want to cancel. By the time the other sections arrived some two weeks later it was to late to cancel. The information given was no use at all. I have a basic knowledge, but I found the questions irrelevant to the home study course. Then I thought if I switched to a different course this may help me, which was easy to do, but again, half the stuff did not arrive. I had to pay more money and I was never able to contact a Tutor!? It was a waste of money! Had the sections arrived within the cooling off period I would have cancelled it there and then.
I was annoyed, angry and upset with the attitude of ICS. They were very quick to take the money off me.
