Can hold loads of songs/playlists.
Easy to use.
I am on my second zen and like the first zen that I had to exchange it because it keeps on freezing. If it freezes on a full battery you need to wait around 8 hours for the battery to die before you can recharge it.
It doesn't need to be dropped or anything before it becomes frozen.
The earphones supplied are not that good.
I found that it freezes too often and for no reason which takes away the good points - if you can use your mp3 player when you want to, the fact that it has good features becomes irrelevant.
