Friendly, professional flight crew, delicious meals, great New Zealand wine selection, clean aircraft.
The new lie-flat bed is a little on the hard side but still preferable to other Business Class seats.
Air New Zealand is an exceptional airline. They treat their passengers as guests and are very attentive to everybody's in-flight needs. We were most impressed with the food and wine, Salmon appetizer, roasted pork loin with veggies, warm breads, New Zealand kiwi and honey ice cream, New Zealand cheeses, dessert wine, strawberry smoothie for breakfast along with eggs, sausage and toast. If you are travelling down under, this is the way to go. Bravo Air New Zealand!
