General Comments

Had a very poor experience with eBike when it came to making a claim. I won't go in to too much detail - but suffice to say I spent several hours of my life dealing with so-called 'Customer Service' staff. I ended up covering the costs myself, as it was costing me more in time that the £200 claim I wanted to make! I'll be switching at renewal.
