I requested £15,000. They guaranteed £15,000, only to be offered £3,000 with a guarantor by FLM, as in the previous review.
I too couldn't get through to Tenants Loans customer services, and I called the same line I had used to apply, only to talk to a lady whom had clearly heard what I had to say before, with no real answer other than to call a line that no one can get through on.
I appreciate 50.00 is not the end of the world, but to be applying for more money and to end up with less is a joke!
